E3 error code - Fan speed has been out of control

➽E3 error code - Fan speed has been out of control

➽An E3 error code indicates that the fan on the outdoor or indoor unit has been running at a very low speed for a set period of time. This occurs when either the controller on the board or the fan malfunctions.

➽You can review the attached PDF in order to diagnose and pinpoint the root cause of the problem.

E2 error code - Zero crossing detection error

➽ E2 error code - Zero crossing detection error

➽An E2 error code occurs when the indoor board malfunctions or the there is an issue with the wiring connections.

➽You can review the attached PDF on how to diagnose the problem.

E1 error code - Indoor / outdoor unit’s communication

➽ E1 error code - Indoor / outdoor unit’s communication

➽ An E1 error code indicates that is a communication issue between the indoor and outdoor units. This occurs either when one of the boards malfunctions or when the communication wiring between the indoor and outdoor unit has been connected incorrectly.

➽ You can refer to this guide in our FAQ section on how to properly wire the indoor and outdoor units. If the units have been wired correctly, then in order to identify which board is malfunctioning, you can review the attached PDF on how to test out the boards.

E0 F4 error code - EEPROM parameter error

➽ An E0 F4 error code indicates that one of the boards, indoor or outdoor, have failed and will have to be replaced.

In order to identify which of the two boards need to be replaced, you can review the attached documents on how to test out the boards.

F1 error code - Open circuit or short circuit of temperature sensor
